The method: hot fusion
At Elska, we use hot fusion: extension hair is attached strand by strand to your natural hair with small bonds we handcraft from high-quality Italian keratin. You may also see this type of extension described as K-tip.
Small bonds, tailored to your hair
- Nano bonds · 0.2–0.3 g
- Micro bonds · 0.5 g
The hair behind the result
We use 100% natural Remy double-drawn human hair. Colour, length and weight are tailored to your hair and desired result for a refined, natural blend.
From hair selection to finished result
Hair selection and colour matching
If you know which service you need, book directly in Planway. After booking directly, send us 3–4 photos of your hair on Instagram so we can choose the right hair colour. If you are unsure, get help through a free online consultation or an in-person consultation.
Individual preparation
The hair and small keratin capsules are prepared individually before fitting. Preparing the bonds for 100 g takes around four hours. This preparation is separate from the appointment duration shown in the price list.
Hot fusion application
A heated tool softens the keratin bond so it can be shaped around a suitable section of your natural hair. We work strand by strand, tailoring the placement and size of the individual bonds.
Blending cut and styling
After application, the hair is cut and styled to tailor the blend between your own hair and your extensions. You receive guidance for everyday care.
Maintenance and reuse
Keratin bonds typically last 3–4 months with proper care. Your maintenance appointment depends on your hair and its growth and is agreed with us.
With appropriate care, the extension hair can be reused for up to 1.5 years. Its condition is assessed at each correction appointment; this period is not a guarantee for every client.
Every correction package includes removal, bond preparation, reapplication, blending cut and styling.
Contact Elska if tangles develop close to the attachments or a bond feels loose. Have extensions removed or reapplied professionally rather than attempting it yourself.
